In the unlike event that a defect should occur, please contact us. In each case we will try to solve the problem as quickly and accommodating as possible. To enable our warranty department to evaluate the defect properly, the article in question must be returned. After the defect has been verified, a decision is made whether a timely repair is possible or whether you will receive a replacement. We will then return the article to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement.
